Bianca Ghose

Bianca Ghose is a seasoned media, communications, and corporate affairs leader with nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of business, society, and storytelling. Bianca has worked in a variety of roles across Asia, the U.S., and Europe, initially as a journalist with India’s leading newsrooms, and later in strategic communications leadership roles with global corporations.

Until October 2024, Bianca served as General Manager and Head of Strategic Communications at Wipro, a global technology services firm. Reporting directly to the Global CEO, she led communications for significant organizational changes, including acquisitions, business restructuring, leadership transitions, market expansion, and crises. Hired in 2017 as Wipro's first-ever Chief Storyteller, Bianca played a pivotal role in building the company's global reputation and growth through strategic positioning, stakeholder engagement, and purpose-driven storytelling. Additionally, she served on Wipro’s DEI Council for five years, championing equal access and opportunities for all colleagues.

Before her time at Wipro, Bianca was Global Head of Content at HCLTech, and Managing Editor at Weber Shandwick, a leading global communications agency. She also spent nearly a decade as a journalist and news anchor with CNBC-TV18, NDTV, and Reuters.

In 2021, Bianca was nominated to the New York Stock Exchange’s Board Advisory Network and is endorsed by the NYSE as a board-ready female executive. Known for her long-term vision, Bianca’s work has helped organizations build trust, inspire action, and shape perceptions. She has been a committed advocate for mission-driven work and has served on the Advisory Board of Ek Kadam Aur since April 2018.
