Bianca Ghose

Bianca Ghose is a media, marketing communications, and corporate affairs professional with 21 years of experience at the intersection of technology, society, and storytelling. She has worked across India, France, and the U.S., bringing business acumen, global exposure, and people-first leadership to every role.

Bianca is currently Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at SatSure, a global space-tech and Earth Observation company. She joined in June 2026, after seven years at Wipro, where she was hired as the company's first-ever Chief Storyteller and later became General Manager and Head of Strategic Communications, reporting directly to the Global CEO.

Before Wipro, she was Global Head of Content at HCLTech and Managing Editor at Weber Shandwick, following close to a decade as a journalist and news anchor with CNBC-TV18, NDTV, and Reuters.

Alongside her corporate work, Bianca has consistently advanced inclusion, oopportunity, and representation — serving over five years on Wipro's DEI Council, where she helped shape equal-access policy for colleagues worldwide, and being appointed Sponsor for Disability Inclusion in 2023. She mentors young people around the world, with particular focus on girls and young women from developing countries.

Bianca was nominated to the New York Stock Exchange's Board Advisory Network in 2022 as a CEO-vetted, board-ready executive, and has served on the Advisory Board of Ek Kadam Aur Foundation since 2018 — one of its longest-standing members — before being nominated to its Board of Directors in September 2025
