Binal Patel

Mr. Patel is a member of the Board of Advisors for Ek Kadam Aur. Mr Patelserves a partner at  Banner Witcoff, a prominent intellectual property law firm. He was the president of this law firm for several decades. He oversees patent procurement programs, leads complex litigation cases in federal courts, and manages inter partes review proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Binal is an adjunct professor at the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. He is co-founder of the Indian American Bar Association of Chicago and the North American South Asian Bar Association. Additionally, Patel leads the North Shore Corporate IP Roundtable program, which he established to create networking opportunities for in-house IP attorneys.

Mr. Patel has a track record of enforcing intellectual property rights on behalf of clients, including major financial and insurance institutions and innovative companies such as YETI Coolers, Evertz Microsystems, and Kraft Foods.
