Dr. Marie-Caroline de Bokay

Marie-Caroline de Bokay has built a diverse career spanning finance, education, and social impact. She was a partner in Harvard University's Advanced Leadership Initiative (ALI), a fellowship program that brings experienced leaders together to address complex social challenges and drive meaningful change.
Earlier in her career, she worked in mergers and acquisitions with Chase Manhattan and Commerzbank, gaining extensive experience in international finance and strategic business development. She later transitioned to the education sector, where she supported the digital transformation of the historic Rossleben School in Germany.
Marie-Caroline also has a strong interest in sustainability and food systems. Drawing on formal culinary training from Leith's School of Food and Wine and Le Cordon Bleu, she has worked on initiatives aimed at improving food-related operations and promoting sustainable and affordable agricultural practices.
Her multidisciplinary experience across finance, education, and sustainability provides a unique perspective on leadership and social impact.
