Gaurav Sharma in an Electronics Design engineer and works on design and development of electronic circuits/chips for mobile phones. He has worked for more than 15 years in India, USA and Germany

Gaurav Sharma is working on upliftment of education standards in his home town Porsa in Madhya Pradesh and established a school "Little Giants International" which provides quality education in Porsa and nearby villages at elementary, middle and high school level.

Gaurav Sharma worked in ST Foundation Geneva’s "Digital Divide" program and setup a computer lab in Porsa with partnership with Porsa Talent Community where more than 10000 people received computer education.

Gaurav Sharma established Talent Library in Porsa to provide educational materials to needy students.
