Sharad Tripathi is on the advisory board of Ek Kadam Aur’s Arunodaya Program. Sharad is the District Youth Officer at the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. Prior to this, he served as a program executive at Prasar Bharati, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Sharad is an expert on advertising, marketing, teaching, advocacy for the persons with disability, public service, and youth development.

Sharad holds a Bachelor of Arts (Tourism Studies) degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Shri Mahaveer Digamber Jain Senior Secondary School, Jaipur, India.
