Dipesh Thakker brings over a decade of experience in both corporate and non-profit roles and is passionate about making a difference in the social sector. Since 2013, he has led impactful change through coordination, advocacy, and hands-on management. As the Associate Director of the Arunodaya Program for Maharashtra, Dipesh is dedicated to providing visually impaired children with equal opportunities through education and life skills training. His leadership drives the program’s success in ensuring these children are empowered to thrive in mainstream education.

Before Ek Kadam Aur, Dipesh managed initiatives at Akshaya Chaitanya and Access Life Assistance Foundation, focusing on quality assurance, donor relations, and program management. He also has nine years of experience in financial services, specializing in equity dealing and HNI desk management. Dipesh's dedication to social impact is reflected in his work and commitment to creating a more inclusive society.
