Dishari Malakar

Dishari Malakar is the Head of the High School Leadership Program (HSLP) at Ek Kadam Aur Foundation for Health and Education, where she works closely with students to nurture leadership, confidence, and holistic development.

She also supports the Foundation’s communications efforts, helping amplify the organization’s mission of promoting digital literacy and inclusive, accessible education.

Dishari holds a Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi and began her professional journey in the content and publishing industry, where she developed strong skills in writing, editing, and storytelling.

Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys reading and gardening.
