Dr. Aheibam Swarnamayee Das

Dr. Aheibam Swarnamayee Das has a diverse professional background and over 18 years of experience in the Social Grant-Making Sector. She holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Biotechnology and a PhD (honoris causa) in Management and Administration.

She is a seasoned professional specializing in designing and planning CSR programs, grant-making, NGO ecosystem management, and corporate partnerships. She thoroughly understands the CSR landscape, FCRA mandates & IT compliances.  Skilled in due diligence, DEI, ESG Reporting, GRI index reporting, and team leadership, she had led the COVID-19 Action Team, curated Gender Inclusion, LGBTQ Skilling Cascading model, STEM/STEAM projects, and worked on project automation in OASYS, PowerBi, Sixer Class, ERP, Salesforce, AX, etc. She excels in leadership and strategic project execution.

She contributed to developing the UNDP GEF CEE low-carbon lifestyles handbook, "Training toolkit on low-carbon lifestyles," and the content of the United Nations Convention of Biological Diversity Education website. 

Her earlier assignments range from multilateral organizations- United Nations Development Programme-UNDP, Government organizations- National Apex Organization- NACO, Philanthropy Organization-Azim Premji Foundation, Multinational Corporate- P&G, Aggregator- United Way of Bengaluru, not for profit organization-Magic Bus India Foundation.
