Monica Verma

Monica Verma serves as an Executive Administrative Associate at Ek Kadam Aur, where she supports the Founder and senior leadership in managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring seamless operational workflows. She works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to compile insights, prepare presentations, and enable effective decision-making. Her role also includes managing travel logistics, facilitating stakeholder communication, and supporting key organizational processes.

She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University and brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to her work.

Prior to this, Monica has worked with institutions such as SPJIMR and RM India, contributing to program management, research coordination, and academic administration. Her experience spans curriculum support, accreditation processes, partnership coordination, and student engagement. Earlier in her career, she also gained experience in research editing and teaching, strengthening her communication and analytical skills.

With over eight years of professional experience, Monica is known for her strong organizational abilities, adaptability, and her capacity to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across teams.
