Senior Associate Director | Head, Train the Trainers and Active Learning

An electrical engineer, Ms Tripathi discovered her true calling as a social worker. Her expertise in social perceptiveness, assessment and development of plans coupled with her passion for helping others make her an invaluable member of society. She received her BTech from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and Bachelor of Education from Kanpur University. She has been leading Ek Kadam Aur Foundation’s Operations in India and the “Train-the-trainers Program since 2017.
