Sharon Jose

Sharon Jose is a communications professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit and development sectors, specializing in strategic communications, storytelling, branding, digital engagement, and media. He has worked across organizations to strengthen brand visibility, build audience engagement, and communicate social impact effectively.

At Ek Kadam Aur Foundation, Sharon leads the organization’s global communications and branding efforts. His work spans strategic communications, digital marketing, social media, website management, fundraising campaigns, public relations, newsletters, reports, and creative content development. He works closely with leadership and program teams to translate the Foundation’s work and impact into clear, compelling, and mission-driven communication for diverse audiences.

With a strong background in both content and visual communication, Sharon brings together storytelling, design, photography, videography, and digital media to build a consistent and engaging brand presence for Ek Kadam Aur. His focus is on expanding the reach of the Foundation’s work, strengthening engagement with supporters and partners, and ensuring that its impact is communicated with clarity and purpose.

He holds a Master’s degree in Print and Electronic Journalism and a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Media. His work has been recognized with a Pepper Award (Bronze) and a Kerala State Award.
