Vandana Chaudhary

Wing Commander Vandana (Retd) is a veteran officer of the Indian Air Force with 15 years of leadership experience spanning Public Relations, Human Resource Management, and Program Management. A nationally awarded commentator, she brings strategic clarity and purpose to every role she undertakes.

Currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs and CSR, she builds impactful partnerships with government stakeholders and directs CSR efforts toward meaningful initiatives most notably, the education of children with blindness. Her enduring commitment to social impact is reflected in over a decade of volunteer work focused on empowering women, people with disabilities, and underserved communities.

Combining military discipline with empathetic leadership, Vandana continues to drive positive change across sectors with purpose and integrity.
